ABOUT GLEN EYRIE

Join us at a retreat center like no other, with a castle, 800 acres of glorious space right next to Garden of the Gods Park, a waterfall hike, fantastic meals, and time to go on a walk and be with God, together. Even if you’re from Colorado Springs, you’ll feel like you are far away from all the noise and hurry.

RETREAT OVERVIEW

You, whose lives are connected to combat veterans of any era, know that the aftermath of war is a battle fought and won on the home front. Many of your loved ones may have experienced combat trauma and are dealing with the pain and confusion of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and traumatic brain injury (TBI), but you also are impacted by their war experiences!

You will . . .

  • Get the latest updates on medical, psychological and spiritual insights about PTSD and TBI.
  • Gain a better understanding of your own issues including Secondary Traumatic Stress and Compassion Fatigue.
  • Experience a safe, confidential environment where you can be transparent.
  • Learn about resources available to help you and your loved ones.
  • Build a customized support network.
  • Construct your own plan for personal wholeness and health.
  • Rekindle hope and renew your strength for the journey
  • Be pampered! Get a chair massage, a manicure, or a facial!
